Chef Luis Amado is a world-renowned chocolate expert with 29 years of experience. He works as a consultant and educator, assisting chocolate and pastry businesses worldwide.
Luis currently leads the Culinary Management Program at Lake Michigan College, where he teaches, creates course materials, and mentor students for competitions.
He also runs the Luis Amado Chocolate Academy in Stevensville, Michigan, offering personalized chocolate classes.
